OK living during Reno's suck!!!!
7 am start up
geez I bee getting 4 hours in to my 8 hour rem sleep well needed sleep
a 7 am wake up is a nap time after any time after wake up.
But hey way positive on the guys doing the work and how efficient they are
Nothing like doing an amazing construction as I last contracted my last project
In comparison its like armatures against professional, which is a good, no great thing!
You hear so many disaster stories so its nice when you contract a guy and he exceeds your expectations as a provisional should.
Sad is the day where professional expectations for a great deal of money is a crap shoot
