A great day

Having a great day
Finally starting to relax and enjoy the possibilities of the day.
When one is wrapped up in situation out of one’s control yet responsible for them that are the old
Working for the man.
I choose to follow my brother Neil and my great friend Frank in realizing that I can only work
for myself.
I have already started my own investment position and I am doing very well.
My next position will be chef of my own place.
I will be eclectic
Diner yet with days of opulence.
But of all importance in food that I love done the way I want with the people that I want to hire.
